摘要:
废弃烧结粘土砖经分选、破碎、筛分处理作为再生粗骨料,与水泥、砂、减水剂、水按设计配比计量配制再生混凝土,制备碎砖类骨料再生混凝土砌墙砖,并通过掺加一定量的粉煤灰、引气剂或两者复合,可成功配制密度等级为B级、28 d强度满足MU15强度等级砌墙砖,其中碎砖骨料取代率可达50%.
Abstract:
After sorting, crushing and sieving, abandoned sintering clay bricks were processed into recycled coarse aggregate. According to designed mix proportion, recycled coarse aggregate, cement, sand, water reducing agent, fly ash and water were measured and mixed to make recycled concrete and wall bricks of recycled brick aggregate concrete. By adding some coal powder and air entraining agent, or the combination of the two, wall bricks whose density grade is B and whose 28 d strength level is MU15, are prepared. And the replacement ratio of recycled brick coarse aggregate is as much as 50%.
